The Board is conducting outreach because there are a number of law changes affecting the marriage and family therapy, professional clinical counseling, and clinical social work professions that become effective on January 1, 2019.
Attached is a summary of the most significant law changes, with links to the appropriate bills for further information. Please forward this on to your faculty, staff, and students as appropriate, as well as any other colleagues that might benefit from this information.
