For many of our clients APS serves as a consultant custom training company. Such clients include Toyota Motors North America, the State of California, and the Los Angeles Area Fire Chiefs Association (LAAFCA, an umbrella group representing 30 different southern California-based fire departments). We also expect to begin additional work shortly with the emergency medical services community.

The ideal candidate should be able to document prior professional experience such as the following: ● 3+ years in professional training or instructional design ● 2+ years as a project manager ● 3+ years managing client-facing deliverables for enterprise-level clients.

Certifications such as PMP are desirable but not essential. Above all, candidates should have unimpeachable integrity. Our firm’s reputation is our greatest asset and the successful candidate will be representing our firm to our clients.

Compensation $65-75K DOE, with health benefits included.

Application Materials An initial application should include the following: ● Current resume ● Cover letter explaining why you are ideally suited for this position ● At least three professional references including contact information.

This will serve as the foundation of a discussion about lessons learned, etc.
