Understanding sexual orientation and gender identity.
Identifying strategies and resources for healthcare providers for creating a welcoming and inclusive clinical environment for LGBTQ+ patients, families, and employees.
Communicating with cultural sensitivity, including how to use respectful language and pronouns.
